Police said a naked woman armed with a hatchet broke into an apartment suite in Winnipeg and terrorized a resident in late August.
Officers responded to a call concerning the naked woman refusing to leave the apartment on the afternoon of Aug. 30, according to the Manitoba Post. The woman allegedly lunged at the apartment’s resident with the hatchet, but missed. She then started swinging the hatchet around to damage the apartment.
In an equally bizarre sequence of events, a man, who was seemingly uninvolved with the altercation and was walking past at the time, tried to obstruct police from the apartment.
Police arrested the man and took him into custody. Police had to use a taser to get the woman with the hatchet out of the apartment before arresting her.
